Sun-soaked coastlines, turquoise waters, incredible food, and the people we love most…we can’t imagine a more perfect place to say “I do.” Here’s everything you need to know to join us in Athens!
To help make travel planning easy, we have included some helpful information below about flights, accommodations, and transportation for the two-day wedding festivities on Tuesday, July 27 and Wednesday, July 28, 2027!
Pack your sunscreen, your dancing shoes, and your appetite! Greece is going to be unforgettable. We can’t wait to celebrate with every one of you!
Arrival & Departure
We kindly recommend arriving in Athens no later than early afternoon on Tuesday, July 27, 2027 so you can join us for our Welcome Party and dinner that evening.
Our wedding celebration will take place on Wednesday, July 28, 2027 in the late afternoon/evening along the beautiful Athens Riviera.
Outside of those two important dates, please feel free to arrive earlier, stay longer, and enjoy Greece at your own pace. Whether you want to island-hop, relax by the beach, explore Athens, or turn this into a full European vacation, the choice is yours!
Flights
Canadian Guests: Direct flights from Toronto to Athens are typically available during the summer season through airlines such as Air Canada and Air Transat. Summer 2027 flight schedules are open.
USA (Florida) Guests: There are currently no direct flights from Florida to Athens. Most guests travelling from Florida will connect through major hubs such as Toronto, New York, or various European cities before arriving in Athens.
European Guests: Lucky you, Greece is just a short trip away! There are many convenient flight options available from cities across Europe into Athens.
Accommodations
Guests are welcome to stay wherever feels best for them!
We will be providing shuttle transportation to and from both the Welcome Party and Wedding, with convenient pick-up and drop-off locations at or near the hotels listed below. Our goal is to make getting to and from each celebration as easy as possible for our guests.
Shuttle locations and schedules will be shared closer to the wedding date, once we have a better sense of where everyone will be staying.
You are welcome to:
- Stay at one of our recommended hotels with a group discount/booking code
- Book another hotel nearby
- Reserve an Airbnb or villa along the Riviera
For guests planning to rent a car and drive themselves, you are absolutely welcome to do so (if you feel brave enough for Greek driving!) Complimentary valet parking will be available at both events.

Amarilia has a calm and understated charm that feels effortlessly “Athens Riviera”: relaxed, scenic, and welcoming without being overly flashy. It offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience; with beaches, seaside restaurants, and beach clubs all nearby.

Guests looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay, or anyone wanting a peaceful beachside atmosphere while still being close to all the celebrations.
